At Sherwood Farm, we have been quietly enjoying the harvest for close to 300 years, making us one of oldest family owned and operated farms in the United States of American. Farming is our way of life, and we are members of the Connecticut Farm Bureau.

So, this weekend Mom and Dad came up and helped us put a garden in. We ended up cooking out with them and Aunt Kathy and Uncle Shum. Chicken fried steak, potatoes and green chile gravy. MMM! So yesterday we decided we had not had our fill and cooked it again at our house. I must say I made some incredible gravy. Even Jax thinks Dad cooks better than Mom! Thursday, December 22, 2011.

Sherwood Football Club - Youth Football in Nottingham. Sherwood Football Club was formed in the mid 1990s and has grown to become one of the biggest junior clubs in the city of Nottingham, with 30 teams for boys and girls from aged 5 and upwards. In August 2010 Sherwood FC was presented with the National FA Charter Standard Development Club of the Year Award. Began playing as Sherwood FC, in the Nottingham Amateur Alliance.

First Christian Church started in 1911 in what is now North Little Rock, Arkansas. It has served God and His ministry since that time for over 100 years. We have been in Sherwood for 45 years, and we continue to be the hands and feet of Gods work in our community and beyond.
